Terms of Service
A RiderLinx company · Effective August 2026 · stowpark.ca
These are the terms for reserving and using a StowPark parking spot. Plain language, no fine print tricks — if anything here is unclear, email us and we'll explain it properly.
What StowPark Is
StowPark provides a licensed parking space for your vehicle in a secured, camera-covered area. This is a license to park, meaning StowPark does not take custody of your vehicle or battery. You retain full ownership and responsibility for your equipment at all times.
Membership & Pricing
- Standard membership is $60/month, billed monthly, with no long-term contract.
- Founding members (the first 20 to join) pay $45/month for as long as they remain an active member.
- A $20 deposit is required to reserve a spot before move-in.
- Prices may change for new members in the future; your own rate stays the same for as long as you remain continuously active.
Deposits & Refunds
- Your $20 deposit is fully refundable if StowPark doesn't open a facility near you, or if you change your mind before move-in.
- Once you've moved in and started your membership, monthly payments are not refunded for partial months, but you're free to cancel going forward at any time.
- Refund requests can be made by emailing hello@stowpark.ca.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month — there's no penalty and no long-term commitment.
Eligible Vehicles & Batteries
- StowPark provides parking for e-mobility devices, including e-bikes, e-scooters, and other rider-owned electric vehicles.
- Every battery is visually checked at sign-up for obvious damage or safety concerns.
- No charging is permitted on-site. This keeps our facility, your vehicle, and every other member's equipment safer.
Access & Your Responsibilities
- Members receive a fob or access code and are responsible for keeping it secure. Do not share your access with anyone who isn't a StowPark member.
- Keep your parking stall tidy and don't block access to neighbouring spots.
- StowPark may suspend or end a membership, with reasonable notice, if these terms — particularly around battery safety — aren't followed.
Insurance & Liability
Our facility is covered by commercial liability insurance. If something happens to your ride while parked, contact us right away and we'll help you through next steps.
Changes To These Terms
If these terms change in any meaningful way, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Continued membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
