Questions

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes. If we don't open a facility near you, or you change your mind before move-in, your $20 is fully refunded.

Where exactly is the garage?

We confirm the exact address once your neighbourhood has enough riders signed up — usually within a few weeks of reserving.

What if something happens to my bike while it's parked?

The facility is insured and covered by commercial liability insurance. Every bike is checked in at sign-up.

What about charging my battery?

We store your ride, not your battery. Take it with you and bring it back charged. Charging support is on our roadmap, and we're actively working toward it.
